Hi, I’m Mimi

I’m a dedicated wife, mother of three, and passionate health coach. With a background in Psychology from Clemson University and an Ed.S. in School Psychology from The Citadel, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of human behavior and wellness. Over the years, I’ve pursued numerous courses and certifications in health, wellness, nutrition, and coaching, driven by an innate curiosity and a desire to empower others on their wellness journeys. My mission is to guide my clients in prioritizing their health and wellness without the burden of guilt. Having experienced the challenges of placing others’ needs before my own, I empathize with the struggles of self-care and the accompanying feelings of guilt. Through coaching and support, I aim to alleviate these challenges, helping individuals embrace self-care as an essential component of a fulfilling life.
